Rusty Landes has taken a life-long passion of ‘hands on’ woodworking, custom furniture making, and creating architectural millwork and trim, and turned it into his 45 year career. A purist for the old world hand hewn techniques and details, Rusty uses his well-rounded experience and gleaned knowledge to guide our talented team of craftsmen, finishers, and installers through every project, orchestrating and engineering the best fit and finish achievable, ensuring that each of our products show exceptional artisanship. Rusty makes himself available to jump into any part of the process, whether it be manufacturing, finishing, installation, or even design. In his spare time, Rusty enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren, enjoying the outdoors, and occasionally running from bears.

Kim Price brings over 35 years of client specific design experience to Bucks County Cabinetry & Design. Experienced in both residential design and large scale commercial work, her passion for design is exceeded only by her desire to provide the client with the best experience and results possible.  Kim directs and leads her design team through every part of the process, from space planning, hand drawn and computer generated drawings and renderings, through the final touches including fabric, paint, tile and lighting selections. Kim and her team maximize their collective creativity to ensure a client’s expectations are always exceeded.  Whenever possible, Kim schemes to find a few hours alone with a book.

Loved by her contractors and clients alike, Mary provides the unparalleled care and attention to detail that our customers not only appreciate, but for which they return again and again. Mary’s warmth and friendliness know no bounds, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Every visitor to the showroom feels instantly welcomed, and more importantly, heard. Mary enjoys spending every hour possible with her 4 grandchildren.

Diane, a Bucks County native and Art Institute of Philadelphia graduate, began her Kitchen Design career crafting showroom displays for a European luxury kitchen cabinet manufacturer. Her project management prowess is fueled by a passion for organization and meticulous attention to detail. She relies on intuition rather than specific design tricks, ensuring each project feels right and works best. Beyond work, Diane enjoys reading, music, podcasts, and continuous learning, often exploring new languages. She’s a devoted library volunteer and shares her home with Luna, a rescued gray tuxedo cat. Diane dreams of cultural-rich vacations in Barcelona, South Korea, Scotland, and Tuscany, with a deep appreciation for architecture, traditional food, music, and history. Join Diane in creating outstanding kitchen spaces and exploring the world’s diverse cultures.

Bucks County Cabinetry & Design is pleased to have Don Setzer on board with us. Don has over 40 plus years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry. As the former owner of Kulla Kitchens in the northeast, Don brings with him his extensive experience in designing, engineering, ordering and overseeing a wide range of residential remodeling projects. Don’s talent and eye for engineering the smallest details and his unmatched product knowledge ensure that he can provide a client with exceptional design for the best budget possible. In his off hours, Don enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and 4 dogs,1 ‘grand dog’ and having ‘live music adventures’ with his son.

Bruce Roth

Bruce specializes in creating beautifully designed residential remodeling projects that enhance the quality of life for his clients.  Bruce’s extensive 38 years of experience have encompassed a variety of projects including custom kitchens, room additions, whole house and lower-level remodels. Bruce is able to put the most overwhelmed client at ease throughout the design and installation process, and they regularly praise his meticulous detail and focus.  In fact, Bruce’s clients come back to him again and again for additional projects in their homes, and bring their families, friends, and neighbors with them.  Bruce reports that his perpetual good mood is the result of seeing how thrilled his clients are with their new project when it’s complete, and the joy he gets from collaborating with talented designers, artisans, and carpenters every day.  When Bruce is not thinking about his current projects, he can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters, or out at the gym or tennis courts.

John took a scenic route into the design world – he practiced as an attorney in both New Orleans and the Bay Area before embarking on his formal design education in New York. Energized by the creative process, he is grateful to have joined Bucks County Cabinetry & Design to pursue his true passion. John learned early in his legal career the importance of cultivating client relationships lit by trust and clear communication and is excited to bring that priority to his design projects. When not creating for clients, he enjoys spending time in his own kitchen honoring his southern roots and playing with his Labradoodle, Teddy. 

Kristin Ferro

Kristin Ferro began her career with a degree in Interior Design. A fortuitous job opportunity opened the door to a decades long career in Kitchen Design. Kristin combines her unwavering commitment to continuous learning with her unmatched attention to detail in every task to which she applies herself. Beyond work, her life is enriched by a love for art, literature, and travel, and the company of her cats. As soon as the opportunity presents itself, you will find Kristin flying off to Italy.

New to the Bucks County Cabinetry team is Bruce Wachtendorf, a skilled associate designer. With over 20 years in the industry, Bruce has dealt with projects as small as a single vanity, to as large as outfitting an entire high-rise building with appliances and fixtures. He believes doing things right the first time pays off in the long run, and puts this philosophy to the test with each of our projects. Bruce’s extensive background and knowledge in home remodeling make him an excellent fit for working with contractors, builders, and clients alike. He has familiarized himself with many parts of the process, from building and installing to designing detailed pieces for the clients. Bruce enjoys intricate wood carving and model railroading.

Bucks County Cabinetry & Design is fortunate to have had Sam Palestino Villarreal on board as associate designer for the last 3 years. Utilizing a combination of kitchen design specific software along with Photoshop and other computer graphic programs, Sam assists in finalizing client designs for projects, as well as creating graphic renderings. He also serves as the CAD specialist for the company, and with this technology, Sam is able to provide his clients with photo realistic renderings of his designs, affording the client the opportunity to experience their new space as if it were complete. He continues to maintain and manage the AutoCAD standards for this company, as well as push the boundaries of the company’s graphic design capabilities. Thanks to his talents, we are finding new ways to relay our design efforts and ideas to our clients. Sam values good design, honest work, and calls himself an avid LEGO enthusiast.

Bucks County Cabinetry & Design is proud to have Dan Caputo on board. Dan has been with the company for 7 years, bringing with him 13 years of prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry. Dan handles logistics for Bucks County Cabinetry & Design, coordinating our installations, deliveries and shipping for our products and materials, making sure the team has everything they need to get to work. Dan is also entrusted with the journey that our products make to their final destinations. He often takes time to check in with our clients during the project to make sure they are continually happy with our progress, relaying any comments or changes to our team in short order. In his off hours, he enjoys trips down to the shore with his family.

Scott has been with Bucks County Cabinetry & Design from the start of the company, and has brought with him the skills he has grown from many years of solid surface fabrication, and installation as well as laminate and wood cabinetry making. Aside from building in the shop, Scott handles the pricing of our products, and the purchasing of materials for our dedicated manufacturing and finishing teams! He finds the challenge of our complete customization capabilities to be the most beautiful part of our work; finding a way to make the materials, the design, and the space come together in harmony. When he is not working, Scott enjoys fishing and hunting in the mountains with his family and his dog.

Dave has 10 years of experience with Bucks County Cabinetry & Design, with 2 years concentrated in the finishing department. His background in art has been beneficial in the preparation and finishing of our superior product. He is not only tasked with painting the products, but also with the mixing of our own paint and stain colors. He spends his days in our spray booth, finalizing and perfecting our work before it makes its way to the clients. In his spare time, David enjoys painting, reading, movies with his family, and collecting antiques.

Mark brings with him 35 years of carpentry experience in all phases of construction, as well as 25 years of cabinetry installation experience. He spends most of his time in our clients’ homes installing our products. He works to create and maintain trust with the clients to ensure they feel comfortable throughout this part of the process, as he mentions it can be a little uncomfortable at first for clients who are not used to renovations or remodeling. Mark takes extra care to make sure to clean up the space as he works, and afterward as well. Our clients trust him to let himself in and out of their homes to complete their projects, always using the utmost care and respect during the most sensitive part of the process. He prides himself on this, and really enjoys the excited comments on his progress from our happy clients! In his off hours, Mark enjoys spending time with his 2 grandchildren and working on motorcycles.

Arthur has been with Bucks County Cabinetry & Design for 14 years, with 19 years of cabinetry making experience prior to that. Yes that is a grand total of 33 years! He takes pride in knowing our clients will enjoy the products he creates for years to come, much like a gallery or museum. He, too, finds the challenge of the customization to be the most exciting part, finding creative solutions for any homeowner’s lifestyle. When Arthur is not in the shop, he enjoys cycling and spending time outside with friends and family.

Jason McDermott has been with Bucks County Cabinetry for nearly 19 years. As a devoted member of the cabinetry making team, he has experience in wooden cabinetry making, as well as installation and fabrication. He is passionate about the precision of the product, focusing on ironing out those minute details to ensure a pristine final product heads to the finishing department. Jason’s talent and commitment to accuracy and excellence brings our cabinetry to the next level. In his spare time, Jason enjoys building and repairing mountain bikes.

Marc Stasen has been a dedicated member of our cabinetry making team for over 6 years. When he started, he was installing our cabinetry for our clients in their homes, but he quickly realized his passion for cabinet making, and transitioned to our manufacturing shop to take on more. His drive and enthusiasm to find and build custom solutions for complex homes comes second to none. When Marc is not in the shop, he enjoys cooking new recipes and playing ice hockey.

Vicky, originally from Spinnerstown, PA, contributes her expertise to the Kitchen Design business from the Administration/Accounting Department. Her favorite aspect of her role is the job diversity it offers. In her every day work life, she excels at bringing organization and order to a very creative environment. Outside of work, Vicky enjoys gardening and skiing. She shares her home with Kash, a friendly Male White Samoyed Dog who thrives on attention. Vicky’s dream vacation is a beach-bound adventure, with plenty of sun, sand, suds, and surf.
